Coaching Services

We support your employees

to thrive,

in business and in life

Why does the fastest man in the world, Usain Bolt, use a coach?
Why do Olympians use coaches?
And tennis players?
And football teams?
And singers and actors and top CEO’s?

It does not matter the activity—the answer is the same:
Coaching is an incredible tool which optimises the performance of the coachee, enabling the coachee to achieve levels of performance to a significantly higher degree.

By supporting and nurturing your most important asset — your people — you can build a more resilient workforce that’s not just proactive about maintaining their mental, physical, financial and social wellbeing, but is also more engaged, loyal and productive.

Our pool of coaches are here to support your team.

To efficiently overcome in-company challenges, or challenges arising from outside the company in one’s personal life.

English and German speaking coaches available.

Our coaches are highly trained in different coaching methodologies and psychologies, and head coach Travis Simlinger is a certified Strategic Intervention Master Coach.

Strategic Intervention Coaching is a system that combines the most effective forms of various disciplines:
– Strategic Family Therapy
– Human Needs Psychology
– Organizational Psychology
– Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
– Neurolinguistics
– Jungian Theory
– Psychology of Influence
– Strategic Studies
– Diplomacy and Negotiation
and many more.

The term “Strategic Intervention” was created by Anthony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, and Mark Peysha to describe the effect of rapid and lasting change.

FAQs

What specifically can coaching do for me?

In a nutshell, our approach is to help our coachees to understand what they want, why they want it, what is stopping them from getting it, and then assist them in creating action plans to get from where they are to where they want to be.

What is standing in their way can only be 3 things: mindset, mechanics, or both. Most people are held back by their own psychology, because we were never taught these fundamental skills in school. Learning how to master our own psychology is what creates lasting transformation.

A coach is not fixing a person—no person is broken—it’s simply that most people are unaware of the optimum methods available to manage our minds, thoughts and actions — which lead to our results in life.

How is coaching different to traditional therapy/psychologists?

Therapy often focuses on the past, often for years…sometimes even decades! Coaching focuses on the present, and the future, and how to close the gap between today’s reality and tomorrow’s desires. Because of coaching’s focus on practical application, clients usually see significant benefit in as little as 3 or 4 sessions.

What training have your coaches completed?

What are typical topics that you coach people on?

Anything and everything! Overcoming their personal challenges which are different for everyone.
However, the patterns that hold people back from achieving what they desire are remarkably similar — because we share universal human psychological (and physical) ‘needs’.

How does coaching benefit my employees and my business?

If employees are facing challenges in their life, it does not disappear when the person is at work. Our personal lives interact with our careers, and vice versa.
By taking a holistic approach, by providing the means for your employees to unleash their own potential in their health, relationships, social interactions, personal growth, and mental and emotional health, inevitably impacts their work performance.

By supporting and nurturing your most important asset — your people — you can build a more resilient workforce that’s not just proactive about maintaining their mental, physical, financial and social wellbeing but is also more engaged, loyal and productive.
