Our well-being workshops equip employees and managers with tools to manage stress, build resilience, and create supportive environments, fostering open communication to address issues before they escalate.

Communication skills have the greatest influence on external stressors in a workplace. Our training, based on M. Rosenberg’s Non-Violent Communication, provides positive benefits which can hardly be overstated.

We provide engaging 1-2 hour webinars and face-to-face sessions on topics like stress management, burnout, and emotional intelligence. These shorter trainings provide immediate, practical insights, giving your team quick wins and a strong foundation to build on.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can reach out to us in three convenient ways:

We offer four core workshops, each of which can be tailored to your specific needs:

In addition, we provide short duration training, refresher courses, and fully customized programs to meet your specific duration and training requirements.

Mental Health and Well-being Workshops:

  • Distinguishing facts from fiction regarding mental health
  • Addressing burnout, stress, and stigma
  • Practical actions to enhance mental well-being, based on the latest research
  • Effective strategies companies can use to support employee mental health, drawing from proven practices
  • Recognizing signs of potential well-being impairment in yourself and others
  • Supporting others without overstepping professional boundaries
  • Guidance on providing help without becoming a personal therapist
  • And much more, with a focus on expert-led discussions that go beyond generic slide presentations, offering personalized insights and solutions.

Communication Skills Workshop:

Based on Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication (NVC), participants will learn and practice two essential skills:

  1. Expressing themselves in ways that encourage others to contribute positively to their well-being.
  2. Receiving messages in ways that increase the likelihood of constructive and cooperative responses, fostering a supportive environment.

The decision to separate trainings depends on your organization’s culture and the specific workshop content.

For instance, our “Mental Health Conversations for Managers” workshop is tailored specifically for those in leadership roles, acknowledging their unique influence and responsibilities compared to employees.

However, many of our other workshops are designed to be effective for both employees and managers:

  • The “Collaborative Communication” workshop is particularly valuable in mixed groups of employees and managers, fostering common language and mutual empathy.
  • Both the “Workplace Well-being” and “Ensa Mental Health First Aid for Adults” workshops are equally beneficial for all levels within the organization.

When deciding whether to separate trainings, consider whether employees might feel hesitant to share openly in front of management. If that’s a concern in your company culture, separate sessions may be advisable.

The best way forward is to consult with one of our expert trainers about your company’s unique situation. They can provide tailored advice based on successful strategies from other firms where we’ve conducted training rollouts.

Since our training programs vary in type, duration, and group size, we recommend contacting us for a personalized quote that fits your specific needs.

Yes, we offer flexible training options, both online and face-to-face, to suit your needs.

We provide a brochure for in-house distribution to inform and engage your team. Additionally, we can arrange a Q&A session or a participant buy-in session before the training to foster involvement and commitment.

Our four core workshops range from 3.5 hours to 2 full days in duration. The 2-day workshop can be customized into different formats, such as 4 half-days or 2 full days, depending on your needs. Additionally, we offer follow-up sessions, typically lasting around 2 hours.

Our trainings are led by seasoned experts with extensive qualifications.

All facilitators are either psychologists or have completed advanced coaching programs specializing in mental health and well-being.

They have also undergone additional in-company training to meet our stringent standards. Each expert brings a wealth of experience in delivering corporate trainings across Switzerland.

Yes, participants receive certifications.

The “Ensa Mental Health Focus Adults Workshop” is accredited and internationally recognized, with over 7 million participants in 30 countries.

Upon completion, you’ll be certified as a qualified Mental Health First Aider, with the certification valid for 3 years. Our other trainings provide certificates of attendance.

Yes, customization is one of the key services that sets us apart from competitors. We tailor every aspect of the training—duration, content, number of participants, and more—to meet your specific needs and ensure your objectives are achieved effectively.

We recommend regular follow-up workshops (1-2 hours) to maximize the benefits of the training. These sessions provide an opportunity to reinforce the concepts covered, address any new questions, and discuss the positive changes participants have experienced.

Follow-up sessions are designed to help participants build on the foundations laid during the initial workshop, ensuring sustained progress and practical application. These sessions are conversational and focused on real-world challenges.

Yes, we offer a range of training options, from one-on-one individual coaching to webinars for groups of over 500 people.

For conflict management services, we cater to various group sizes, whether it’s mediating conflicts between two individuals or facilitating resolution between entire departments.
